While creating a sub-flow, a default sub-flow name is suggested by Leapwork, which a user may choose to save their sub-flow with. However, the user may require to change the name to make it more meaningful and easily identifiable. Besides this, renaming may also be required when similar copies of sub-flows are created. For whatever reason you need to re-name a sub-flow, please follow the below steps:
-
Either locate the sub-flow from the navigation tree by expanding the folder/flows where it is defined
-
Or, if you've already opened a flow that contains the sub-flow in question, then right-click on the sub-flow block and choose the option 'Show in Tree' (as seen in the below screenshot):
3. Right-click and choose the option 'Rename', or simply press the F2 key to enable Rename mode
4. You can now type in the desired sub-flow name
5. Press Enter
Note: The block will be not be renamed when it has already been added, the user has to remove and add them again or update the title manually.
