Sometimes due to network latency or large size of projects, the default timeout of 10 seconds is not enough to load Project’s data, so a user can increase it by doing below configurations. This will increase the REST API's connection timeout which would give LEAPWORK enough time to load all required data:-
- Close LEAPWORK Studio
- Open 'studio.config' file (It should be under LEAPWORK installation folder C:\Program Files\LEAPWORK\Studio).
- Update "AgentClientConnectionTimeoutSeconds" value from 10000 to 300000 milliseconds
- Save the file and close it, (reopen it again to make sure that it is updated correctly)
- Restart LEAPWORK Studio, try loading project.
Note: User may need to increase the timeout to more than 30 seconds as per their need.
