"Flow is stopped because it has run for 600 seconds, which is the flow timeout" error message appears when the execution time taken by the test flow to execute exceeds the maximum run time allowed for a test flow (by default the value is 600 seconds).
This is flow level setting and here is the way to update it to greater value:
1. Open the test flow with which the customer is facing the flow execution timeout issue.
2. After the test flow is in the opened state, click on the three vertical dots representation in the top right corner of the flow and then go the settings tab as shown in the screenshot below:
3. After clicking the Settings tab, the Flow Settings will be opened. Under the Run category, the user can change the Max run time, seconds option based upon the size and complexity of the flow and then save the settings.
Note: Please note that the above settings will be applicable only at the flow level i.e. for the flow for which these settings have been changed and saved. If the user wants to increase the flow execution timeout for all of the test flows that will be created from scratch in the future, for that user can increase the Max run time, seconds in the Default Flow Settings category inside the LEAPWORK Studio.
