When an Agent is installed on Virtual Machines or Computer with multiple graphics options like Intel, NVIDIA or AMD, it is observed that the agent can't be connected from LEAPWORK Environments.
Either of the below issues are observed based on the graphics option selected on the Agent machine.
- A "Black Screen" is seen while Testing connection from Environment, or
- "Could not connect to <HOSTNAME> on port 6777. Agent Failed State." error message Popup is seen (below).
To fix this issue please follow below steps:
- Open NVIDIA/AMD control panel
- Set video card to Intel video for 'LeapTest.Win.Agent.exe'.
- Restart the Remote Agent
- Make connection from Leapwork Environment
