To be able to scroll properly one has to make sure that
- The mouse is correctly positioned before we start to scroll, as we do manually.
- We are starting to scroll from the correct place.
To be able to deal with any usability issue user can use below tricks:
- User should first check the mouse location before performing scroll, if it’s not positioned over a hover area that can be scrolled, then the user should make sure that mouse is hovering scrollable area, this can be done by using any of the following block ‘Hover position’, ‘Hover image’, ‘Hover text’ and Click Image blocks.
- Users can also select/click any visible element under the scrollable area, using the same element as reference user can scroll up or down, this will ensure correct scrolling.
Basically, the user has to replicate human gestures using LEAPWORK.
