The most common problem with scrolling is a combination of the positioning of the mouse pointer in the right spot and making sure the right interface element has focus, before actually doing the scrolling.
The first thing to check is that your mouse pointer is in the right position in the following ways. You can check that in the following ways:
- Click an image or text in the area that you would like to scroll before scrolling using Click image, Click text, or Click position. Just make sure clicking doesn’t change anything but just gives focus to the right interface element or area.
- Move your mouse to the area that you want to scroll using Hover image, Hover text, or Hover position blocks.
Note that if the scroll event is performed on an element that is not scrollable, then most likely nothing will happen.
