Most probable reasons for getting this error are "Hostname is not reachable" or "Hostname for the selected Environment has not been set correctly".
You can use the command-line tool ping to check if the hostname is reachable.
- Hostname is unreachable: If Hostname is unreachable then check with your administrator (locally) or service provider (in case of cloud).
- Hostname is reachable: If machine is reachable then check values in Hostname text box. Try updating it if it is wrong and test connection, in case of correct values connection should succeed and you are ready to go.
Note: The hostname needs to be accessible from LEAPWORK Studio and Controller in order to run the test case on the LEAPWORK Agent computer.
