LEAPWORK provides ability to reset password in case user forgot his/her password or if users face any difficulty during login to their account. Below steps explain the usage of Forgot password functionality in LEAPWORK:
- Go to https://www.leapwork.com/ and scroll down to the bottom of page and click on link- Log in to account, or use https://account.leapwork.com/login direct link to reach to login page. If you're already logged in then use the Logout link from the top menu.
Alternatively, user can visit the direct link: https://account.leapwork.com/forgot-password and follow Step 3 onward.
- Click on forgot password link shown below.
- Type your email address registered with LEAPWORK and press Reset password button.
- "Thank you!" message will be shown, please check your email for password reset link after this step.
- Check your email and click on link received to be able to navigate to next screen.
- Enter New password and Repeat the same new password, press Save.
- Pressing save will show confirmation message "Your password has been reset! Click here to go to your licenses."
User can now login to LEAPWORK account with new password.
